Bihar is located in the eastern part (83E to 88 E)of the India. its capital is Patna. It is bounded by Nepal in North, Jharkhand in South, UP in West and Westbengal in East. It is entirely landlocked state. Bihar divided into two almost equal  parts by river Ganga flowing thru middle of the state  form West to east.
