The Sensitivity of crop plants to water stress is the extent to which crops suffer if there is water scarcity. crops grown for their fresh leaves or fruits are more sensitive to irrigation as compared to those grown for their dry seeds or fruits.There are four categories based on the sensitivity of the specific crops to drought.
